*Developing Now* Niagara County CSD could become a private school district this fall.

Niagara County CSD Superintendent Says that plans to make the district a private school district has been coming for years.

Just a half an hour ago a meeting with the board of education, and superintendent was concluded. Speculation of the District becoming private is an open book case. The Superintendent said in a statement that "the district has the financial stance to become a private district" He also said that if this were to happen it wouldn't just happen over night. Even the previous superintendent of the district spoke with us. "Yeah, back in September when I was still the superintendent of the district there was an idea thrown out there that I was actually considering. But hopefully we find out because tax payers could be paying more than they expected." We asked him if he thought it would be a good idea or not and he simply said he didn't know.
