James B. Derrylson Could Now Face A Federal Lawsuit After Evidence Of Bounced Checks Leaves The District In Debt!

Early this afternoon, a district spokesperson said that an investigation is currently ongoing and the district will not release any other information at this time.

"Federal Agents Are In Charge Of Preforming Any Investigation Involving Financial Fraud, Corrupt IRS Tax Collectors, Corrupt Debt Collectors, But Never In My 25 Years As An FBI Agent Have I Lead An Investigation On Bounced Checks."

Frank Derrylson told News By Jessy crews that he knows for certain that his son would never ever try to harm the district. Below is his full statement.

"My son has been working for school district's nationwide and never has he experienced bounced checks. He would never do anything to gain money over the best interests of students. I'm appaled."

The FBI said that James Derrylson is on temporary paid leave until the investigation is complete. The district's financial counselor and council said that they will be looking through Derrylson's financial management record to see if an incident like this has ever occurred before.
