The Niagara County Central School District could be in financial trouble after over 2,300 checks ]signed under the district's title bounced. A federal lawsuit against the Superintendent could occur, due to increased taxes and unhappy parents and community members. The district spokesperson and the Derrylson family's personal attorney said that this is absolutely checked fraud, but James could not have done this. Investigations into James and his financial advisor have been opened.
"If he is found guilty of check fraud, I will have no other choice to fire James and I most certainly do not want to have to do that."- Frank Derrylson to NewsByJessy crews.The district spokesperson said that he would not speak further until instructed to by the Superintendent and District Owner.
