Dear School/University Safety Board,

After the Righsworth University shooting that almost took the life of seven people, we ask that you pass this bill which will allow universities to search any student't locker who is suspected to hold weapons, drugs, and child pornography. We ask that you pass this bill in order to allow us to search any student's locker without having to obtain a search warrant. This will help safe countless lives and many intentional acts of terrorism and mass shootings may be prevented. Myself being 20+ years in education 3 of them being the superintendent of the Niagara County Central School District. This plan aims and eliminates intentional and unintentional shootings and killings of innocent students. This bill as soon as it is passed will be implemented into our university's CODE OF ACTION AND RISK PREVENTION booklet to allow security and police to intervene before a serious mass shooting/murder occurs. This plan will allow university staff/security/and police to end a threat before it becomes and actual threat. With this plan the university will also add many other security measures including:

1. Metal Detectors
2. Full Body Scanners
3. Airport Grade Baggage checks
4. Student ID system
5. Criminal Record Checks
6. Gun Ownership Status
7. Mental Health Evaluation
8. And So Many Other Possible Security Measures

We are lucky that no one died in last week's shooting. Please allow this security plan to be set in place to prevent a major terrorist threat from occurring at our nations schools and universities. Thank You!
